The cross-section to be welded, which collides, becomes smaller and smaller and therefore the area to be liquefied necessarily becomes larger. <\/p>\n

This increases the upsetting zone and the upsetting force that occurs immediately after welding. This results in increasingly large weld seam protrusions, which have to be planed off on the upper and inner surfaces in a very time-consuming process.[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”WELDING PROCESS” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]The welding processes commonly used to date, such as TIG\/MIG\/high frequency\/induction etc., can solve the problem, but with the disadvantages mentioned above. The energy input must also be correspondingly high or the welding speed must be adjusted downwards accordingly. <\/p>\n

The belt edges are evenly clean and straight and also retain their inner structure on the surface.
The edges are processed at an adjustable angle so that the V-angle for welding is reduced and coatings on the belt edge are removed.<\/p>\n

The colliding cross-section of the edges is maximized so that a smaller volume of material has to be liquefied.<\/p>\n
