Feeding of lower and upper part<\/span><\/h2>\n

Robot cells and processing cells with CNC grinding machines can be equipped with different feed and magazine systems for stackable and non-stackable workpieces.<\/p>\n

The Berger Feeder transport system enables the unorganized feeding of tong parts via a conveyor belt in conjunction with a camera system.<\/p>\n

    Contour grinding on pliers<\/span><\/h2>\n

    The CNC-controlled peripheral grinding machine from the PH\/PB series achieves contour grinding on gripper parts with an additional vertical axis.<\/p>\n

      The Berger Gruppe offers robotic cells for processing hand and garden tools in which the workpiece is guided by the robot.<\/p>\n

      The workpiece is fed either via a loading magazine or in bulk via a Berger Feeder. The robot grips the workpiece and feeds it to the individual processing stations. <\/p>\n
